Using the labels
Customers receive package shipping labels from DHL Express (Switzerland) AG. DHL Express instructs customers on how to use the labels properly. Customers must inform DHL Express if the instructions on proper label usage were not provided. If the customer fails to inform DHL Express within 7 (seven) days of ordering the labels, DHL Express will not assume liability for any damage that may occur due to improper label usage, particularly including, but not limited to, COD deliveries (Cash on Delivery).

DHL MEDICAL EXPRESS caters to the needs of the international healthcare industry by offering a unique, temperature-controlled packaging system.

The packaging system is modular and developed specifically for the transportation of non-infectious products, diagnostic specimens and clinical trial samples. The system provides ambient, chilled or frozen temperature control without the need to replenish dry ice or cooling packs during transit.

Temperature-controlled at three different levels : ambient, cool (2° - 8°C) or frozen (- 20°C)
Recyclable low-density polyethylene (LPDE-4) packaging.
Compliant with IATA Packaging Instructions 602, 650 and 904.
This material provides highly effective insulation and is environment-friendly.
Laboratory tested and validated.
Very light and shock-resistant packaging.

A surcharge of CHF 65 will be billed for the transportation of dangerous goods in excepted quantities and for dry ice.
It is necessary to get a special license to ship dangerous goods in excepted quantities. To receive one, please send us an e-mail.
