- Visibility of shipments of last 90 days (no specification of AWB-No neccessary)
- Also for Imports (9*-accounts)
- Piece-Tracking available
- Visibility of full origin and destination address
- Event-notification: "Notifications" allows the user to select what status groups they wish to monitor and also how they wish to be contacted on changes here (SMS or Email)
- Possibility to download all shipments as .xls

DHL ProView Sales Presenter How to start with DHL ProView / Prerequisites
- As ProView provides account based shipment Monitoring, you need to prepare a list of your DHL Express shipping accounts that you want to monitor. Please order your PIN numbers
here for these accounts. PINs are required in order to add an account in ProView, thus guaranteeing that only the customer can add his account. Please hand out your company name and your email-address together with the account numbers.
- Registration: Please register on
http://www.dhl.ch/proview/ by entering a user ID and password. Add your accounts and validate with PIN. If notifications are configured please enter email and SMS contact points. Sign up for notifications based on status groups, contacts and delivery time. Please find details in the handbook.

1. Is usage of ProView for free?
Yes, we offer ProView without additional costs. All DHL Track & Trace systems only allow tracking and tracing of DHL shipments from, to or in charge of your account. All informations retreived from the system may not be used for any further purposes without explicit acknowledgement from DHL.
2. Can I track Shipments that were sent earlier than 90 days ago?
